Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one email management solution, which will grant you complete command over your e-mailboxes and e-newsletters. With this user-friendly interface, you can create a brand new e-mailbox account in an instant and administer its settings easily. Moreover, you can forward electronic mail messages from one mail account to another, activate mail filters, set up auto-reply messages and shield your mailbox accounts against spam electronic mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can guard all your email accounts against spam emails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unwelcome mails will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your mail messages will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether a message marked as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a given email mailbox.
Email Filters
Mail filters are great for sorting your incoming e-mail messages according to specific criteria specified by you. Creating mail filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will go into effect instantly. You can swiftly set up a filter for any of your e-mail box accounts and set the filtering criteria as per your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming electronic mails from one email box to another, or even to several other email box accounts. Simply select the email mailbox you wish to redirect messages from, then specify the destination mailbox and select if you wish to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can easily set up the email client of your choosing to access your e-mailboxes. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mailbox account you wish to set up on your computer or cellular phone and click on the email client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new e-mail account will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager, working with multiple email mailboxes simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager user interface will also permit you to quickly create an auto-response message - enter the message you want people to notice and our system will take care of the rest. And if you would like to set up a catch-all e-mail box - you can accomplish that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
